Introduction
I offer a complete roof system from ice and water shield, to ridge-ventilation that will enhance the appearance and quality of each roof. Also known as “The Integrity Roof System”. My Company is certified by CertainTeed as a Select Roofer. My crew is certified as MSA installers. Being a Select Roofer shows you the standard of workmanship we provide on every home.
We also roof many new homes and use this knowledge to bring your roof up to local building codes and to correct the mistakes overlooked by less than qualified roofers.
I am present on every job to supervise the work on your home. We start by renailing plywood with 2.3/8 inch ring shank nails. We install six nails in every shingle to insure they will not blow off your home in the highest winds of 85 mph. My exclusive 20 year labor warranty combined with the “Free” 50 year Sure Start Plus extended warranty for Lifetime Landmark Series guarantee’s you 110 mph wind coverage with the Integrity Roof System. We have recently found a new lifetime warranty plumbing pipe collar flashing that never needs replacement. Although pricey, I feel it eliminates the need for roof maintenance completely.

I have been installing CertainTeed’s products since 1982. Mainly because of a decade of experience they have manufacturing top quality shingles, and the certifications provided to them by The Underwriters Laboratory. Other contractors will sell you a cheaper shingle to get the job. That is a disaster from the start. A question to ask them is, “If the shingles are discolored who pays? You do! How long does it take for a claim to be settled? Please read the warranties before you decide.
Every home is treated as if it were my own. My crew and I will tarp the home to catch any loose debris, minimizing nails and trash on the ground. We then sweep the yard and driveway with magnets. And haul everything to a local recycling facility. All work is usually completed in only one day.
